Ride the outer loop counter-clockwise, starting from the Eckerd Rd trailhead. Roughly 21 miles if we include Never Never Land extension. No drop, but riders should be comfortable with 11-12 mph avg pace. Lots of opportunities to shorten ride if someone needs to tap out early. Possible stop for beverage afterwards at Torch Lake Beer Co in Alden, if there's interest...
