Please join us for a NOON picnic in Elk Rapids at the Memorial Park (site of R.A.T. picnic) Ride before, then take a quick dip in the water if you'd like. Bring your own lunch. CCCC will be providing individually wrapped cookies, and lemonade and iced tea.
